We will always give you a written quote on work to be performed so there will never be any unexpected fees. We pride ourselves with our service work with property management firms. Pricing
Diagnostic Fee: $69.95 *Residential only
This charge is for Comfort Solutions to arrive at your community and or rental unit and diagnose what is causing the problem and how the problem can be resolved. In certain situations we can initially fix the unit with this fee. In most situations we will need to either replace a part or perform additional work in order to properly service the HVAC unit per manufacture’s specifications. We do not have a “truck charge.”
Labor Fee: Flat Rate Pricing
Comfort Solutions does not price out repairs, maintenance, and installations on a hourly basis. We feel that you, the client, needs transparency and consistency with our pricing. This is why we always provide a flat rate for our service/installation rather than on a hourly basis that changes depending on the situation(s) of the repair/service. John C. Buonauro, the owner and contractor of Comfort Solutions, has 29 years of experience in all aspects of HVAC. Mr. Buonauro is also an instructor of HVAC in the Sacramento region. We also have a very low "callback" rate due to our high level of experience and training.
HVAC new parts/supplies:
We will always list every part and part quantity on each and every service work order. If desired, we can give you the defective part we replaced. For our own quality control, we always label and date all new parts installed in your HVAC system.
