We've included some pictures with our new blog "The mold factory in your home or business"

Broken exhaust vent. This can be a dangerous situation.

Same exhaust vent different view. Exhaust vent is correctly fitted in the roof.

Broken air duct.

Broken air duct after repair.

A Dirty indoor fan motor causes increased energy usage and can cause premature motor bearings failure.

Same dirty indoor blower wheel different view.

Dirty indoor fan motor. An eighth of an inch of dirt on blower wheel reduces air flow by an estimated 30%.

Same indoor fan blower wheel after cleaning off all the dirt.

New mounted indoor fan motor.

Exampled of a cleaned indoor air blower. The indoor air blower moves air across the evaporator/heat exchanger to condition the air.

Same blower wheel after proper cleaning.

Dirty evaporator coil from years of use. A dirty evaporator restricts air flow and can cause increased energy usage.

The bottom two air filters we used to catch the dirt we blew out of the heating coil using compressed air to clean the coil. The top air filter is new.

Same evaporator coil after proper cleaning.

We always protect your carpet/property from dust with drop cloths.

We also clean the job site as if we were never there.

This is a thermostat that is labeled for an elderly client. We labeled the thermostat during a condenser change free of charge.

Over heated compressor. Before we change out any part we find the causes of the part failure.

The TXV valve bulb was positioned incorrectly and caused the compressor to burn out and fail.

We installed a new condenser becuase of the burned out compressor. We date all parts and equipment when installed.

Evaporator coil that was missing a TXV valve. The TXV valve meters the refrigerant into the evaporator.

The large hole in the front of the air handler is installed in between the evaporator coil. The faulty installation caused one room hotter than other rooms in the home.

Example of a metal broken duct.

We always label and date all new parts installed in your unit.

This duct is broken and can take hot attic air into conditioned space.

Same duct, but now correctly fasten to the metal duct

After picture of the same duct. The nylon strap and duct sealent are holding together the duct to the metal starter coller (not pictured)

Rodents like to chew though air ducts to stay warm in the winter. This duct needs to be replaced.

View of broken ducts in an attic due to rodent infestation. The conditioned or return air is lost in the attic space.

Proper installation of a supply air duct. The supply air duct provides conditioned air to your home. The insulation around the metal duct keeps your supply air cold or hot while preventing condensation on the metal duct when cold air is passing though.

Suction line installation painted white with new suction/liquid line driers.

We offer a temporary portable air conditioner during service repairs.

Another view of our portable air conditioner.

Dirty evaporator coil.  A dirty evaporator coil can cause a variety of problems with your a/c system.

Same evaporator coil after proper cleaning.

Water damage in the consensate drain pan.

Existing condensate drain line

Example of a correct "p" trap to replace the existing "p" trap.

Condensate pump that pumps any water in the drain pan to the consensate line.

The service is finished.
